Yes. Complete sets pair two rackets with a bag and three balls for less than buying the pieces separately, and we run seasonal promotions through the year. Join the newsletter to hear about them first.
Every racket is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear from play, surface scuffs and frame damage from hitting the wall or floor are not covered. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will sort it out.
Orders placed on a working day are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. UK delivery is typically 2 to 4 working days, and international orders take longer depending on the destination.
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused racket in its original packaging for an exchange or refund. Balls must be unopened. Tell us the order number and we will send return instructions.
Our rackets are made in house under the Athlito name, using the same carbon and fibreglass layups and Spanish and Italian molds found on frames costing far more. Cutting out the middle brand is why an 18K carbon racket lands at £165 rather than double that.
Two things decide it: the layup and the shape. Fibreglass and carbon glass are forgiving and best if you are starting out, 3K carbon suits improving players, and 12K and 18K carbon give the stiffest, most powerful response for advanced play. On shape, round molds have the largest sweet spot and favour control, teardrop sits in the middle, and diamond puts the balance high for maximum power on the smash.
